Boreas

One of the most visited wrecks on our coasts is El Boreas on the Costa Brava. The seabed where the Boreas is located has a depth of 22 a 32 meters and the bridge is at a depth of 18 metros. The Boreas is found sunk one nautical mile from the port of Palamós in the center of the Costa Brava.
This ship was used by the German Navy as a tug during World War II.; After the end of the war the ship continued to be used by a Panamanian company as an oil prospector but also for narcotics smuggling..
